I have a slight obsession with Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. It's not that I really relate to their personal style or life style by any means, but I do admire and respect them as fashion leaders and designers. They each have a unique style that is both casual and dramatic, and I enjoy seeing what they wear on a daily basis. I made this collage to capture the lifestyle of the Olsen twins.
The Olsen twins have a style that changes daily and they dress according to where they are going. I would imagine that if they are spending the day working on their collections for either of their two fashion labels, The Row and Elizabeth and James, they would be in jeans, an oversized menswear button down and some neutral colored oxford or flats. For something more formal I picked a black trouser, paired with a comfy white tee, a grey blazer. I finished the look with a bright blue purse. If a outfit is more neutral or composed of just black and white, add a pop of color through your accessories. Obviously, Mary-Kate and Ashley are dramatic with their oversized shades and oversized coffees, but I think they still have a very practical side to them, which everyone can appreciate and draw inspiration from.
